Pre pounded processed back strap sinew
I have seen a few articles where businesses are selling. (Pre pounded backstrap sinew). Does anyone know what pre pounded means. Again thanks in advanced for any help.

Back strap doesn't need pounding; more than likely it's leg sinew. They are hard like a stick and need to be pounded with a hammer to separate the fibers.

With leg sinew it's not so bad you just have to have a technique for it First while still fresh it has to be released from its outer casing(that's the biggest part) then once pounded take metal snips...
